We assess conservatory glazing, windows, doors and roof faults, and can discuss repairs, replacement conservatories or tiled, solid and insulated warm roofs. A roof replacement depends on the condition and suitability of the existing structure, not just the roof size.
Do you build home extensions?

Do you supply and install replacement windows and doors?

How much do replacement windows or a conservatory roof cost?
There is no single price that fits every property. Window costs depend on the openings, frame material, glass, hardware, access and finishing. A conservatory roof quotation also needs checks of the existing structure and the proposed roof system. Our cost guides explain what to compare; a survey lets us provide a written quotation for the actual work.
Do I need planning permission for new windows or a conservatory?
The answer depends on the property and the proposed work. Planning permission and building regulations are separate checks. Listed buildings, flats, planning conditions and conservation-area or Article 4 controls can affect the position. A new conservatory and replacing an existing roof are different proposals, so confirm the requirements with your local planning authority and building control before committing to work.
